Ive had issues with 4 of my 5 orders from Shopwindowcleaningresource.com

I can’t be the only one.

4 of the 5 orders I have placed with this company resulted in an item being left out.

The first time was when I purchased an entire sectional ladder kit. They didn’t provide the stand off bars that were supposed to be included with the order. When I contacted them about it, they couldn’t provide ANY information on when I would receive it or what had even happened. They basically told me “It was the manufacturer’s problem”.

Two more orders had smaller items missing such as hose fittings or razorblades.

Then my newest order was 6 small items. They shipped everything out in 4 different orders, from all different carriers, and with invalid tracking numbers. Once again, I didn’t receive one of the items. When I contacted them this time, a representative told me “We were waiting on a shipment for the item”. I check the website, it says in stock, so I mention it to her. Then she says it shipped out first thing this morning? Yet I didn’t receive any email confirmation like I did with the other items. Leads me to believe it was once again forgotten.

Based on an 80% failure rate to fully complete my orders the first try, I figure I can’t be the only one having these problems. I don’t see it talked about it much, but is anyone else having issues with them? This will definitely be my final order.

@Chris @Alex

I’ve never had any issues with product missing from my orders. The customer service is great.

So I think what we may have here is an issue of you not receiving tracking numbers & order updates. They are automated, and they do sometimes get trapped in spam filters.

But that aside I feel your pain and frustration, so I just executed you a refund on your most recent order from us for 50% of the total amount of your order. Look for that to hit your card tomorrow or the next day.

I hope that is of some help to you. If I can be of any further assistance my cell # is 845-987-6915

thanks and good luck.

we had an item left out recently without notice also.

wasn’t a big deal at the time wasn’t a crucial component i didn’t think much of it since all our previous orders were sent very quickly.

Never had an issue, and if I did I wouldn’t put it out there for everyone to see. Now it seems like they solved the problem, good luck to you bro.

I appreciate it.

It seems the issues come in with back ordered items. Perhaps it would help to add some sort of notice to products like these, as I have ever received one with any of the times it had happened to me.

I apologize for the initial rant, I was frustrated. Feel free to delete this post if you’d like.

Never had a problem. As business owners, we all strive for 100% perfection, but we never achieve it.

That helps how now that the price doubles? Supply and demand, I’m pretty sure you know what I’m talking about. Side note, are you for real are they saleable or for your cleaning business?

Scrim was dropped by Unger in the US, no idea why. Unger UK will not sell to an American distributor so we have to buy them from a supplier in the UK, right there, the product is already “stepped on”. Then we have to pay high shipping cost to get a very heavy box from across the ocean. Then we get hit with taxes, duties and import fees. We’d love to continue to sell them for the same great price we used to but its just possible after all the extra costs. Its not as simple as supply and demand.

Yeah, but $20 for a 3’x3’ piece isn’t bad. Cut it in half and you’ve got 2 for $20!

Just ordered mine, its been so long I forgot what a scrim was. Lol

It frustrates me that they don’t have the Samurai boab in stock yet. What the heck man? I think I’ll write a stern letter to the inventor about getting off his butt and making them.

So maybe made in the USA needs a comeback. Rofl. Who am i kidding?

The issue I’m having is the whole made in USA thing. It’s about $10-15,000 more to have molds made here. But it’s sort of important to me. I’d rather drive to Fort Worth or Phoenix or even Detroit to chew someone out over quality control instead of China. Well, maybe not Detroit.

What about buying the fabric from an importer in the US and having them sewn here? Personally I don’t use them because my guys lose them and I can’t afford that. Is this the fabric?

Usually when something like that happens it’s supply and demand; it didn’t sell enough to be profitable, eg. pay the help, taxes, overhead, insurance and all the good stuff it takes to do business in AMERICA. That being said, I just received the last of 19 items I ordered from WCR. Cost? A GOBB. But they communicated, emailed and asked for feedback. Some items were backordered. So what? That means they sold out and paid the light bill. I got my stuff. It was professionally packed and had an accurate packing slip with everything. So, thanks WCR. Pleasure doing biz with you. Hoping to make good money with what I bought.
