Does anyone use a jamb spreader on tilt ins? I have run into some tilt ins that require quite some force to open and wonder if anyone uses these?

I don’t but a homeowner actually showed me once that his windowed came equipped with sliding wedges at the top.
A spreader is a good idea so as to avoid twisting the glass. Speaking from experience…
