hey for what it’s worth. i think ur website looks good.
Not bad. I just googled “window cleaning orange county” you were third. I imagine that’s what you wanted. The site looks good to!
Looks good man. Did you do it all yourself?
looks way better Kris, Now you have to catch me in the google search engine rankings…’
’
Kudos man…
Looks better than the Steve Wright knock off that I have.
I don’t post it or share my web address, company name, etc. because I don’t want anyone to make fun of me.
Least I’m honest.

Great Job Kris.[/SIZE][/B]
Killer site man. I like how the photos scroll or can be ‘picked’. Nice touch.
Kris looks real cool… Whats the name of the flash box that generates the pictures?
The site looks good.
I like the estimate calculator. (has one flaw tho) Select 11 regular windows or less and the estimate says $99. Select 12 windows and the price drops to $84, 13 windows = $91 and 14 windows = $98. Probably just some coding for you to fix.
Also, you show a single pane and call it a regular window then show a double hung window and call that a regular window. Wouldn’t a double hung window have more work to it?
Thanks for compliments fellas. It makes me feel much better about pulling my hair out of my head trying to figure out how to use dreamweaver to make the site.
To address some of the questions…
Yes I did it all myself, even the photo editing. I use the adobe cs3 software, mainly photoshop 8 and dreamweaver 8. The more I use them, the more fun it gets. That stuff is amazing.
I know about the glitch in my price estimator or calculator thing. I think I’m gonna take it off in the next couple weeks. I like allcountywindowcleaning’s pricing scheme. They just have drawings of different kinds of windows and show how much it cost. I also like doug’s at starbritewindows.com, he breaks it down the same way. Besides, most of my customers are confused about what counts as a 1 window or what counts as two windows. Such being the difference between a fixed window and a double hung or sliding window.
Yes, a double hung is more work than a fixed window. Some reasons being the presence of a window tract, and an extra panel, and more framing to wipe down; and that’s one of the glitches in my pricing. I usually tell them if it is upstairs, a fixed window is still a window, but if downstairs I can count them as half windows if there is a lot of them. It all depends on how price conscience they are.
Thanks again
the flash box is from flickr.com
they’re a part of yahoo i think.
I can try to google the guy’s site who posted the code to embed your own files. Just give me a couple days.
