Just thought that I would share a cool product that has helped me stay more organized in my vehicle which can easily start to resemble messy living quarters when I am in my busy season.
My wife actually got this for me for Christmas after observing me countless times stumbling towards the house with stuff spilling out of my cradled arms - water bottles, gps, clipboard, and planner.
Usually it took a couple of trips to get all my gear inside after a day’s work. Now I can just slip my organizer right of the seat and use it as a tote bag. That;s it, just grab one bag and be done. What a relief.
I am not affiliated with Duluth Trading in any way. If there are any other cool bags out there like this, use whatever works. (My only issue with Duluth is that I haven’t researched their trade practices. I would rather use union made products when possible i.e. Thorogood Boots (UFCW union).
I use one similar to this but it just sits directly on my back seat and allows me to store everything from reciepts to cards to waste. Pretty handy for sure.
Okay, I have to comment about Duluth Trading. They have these pants called “Fire Hose Work Pants” that are amazing for window cleaning. They are basically a stretchable, khaki work pant. The groin area is flexible which is awesome when you are bending down like a catcher behind the plate cleaning that lower glass. I have also ripped khaki shorts (yep, right in the groin) before climbing back into a house through a window from the roof, and stepping awkwardly down from a ladder.
That wouldnt have happened with these bad boys. Here is the best part…if you arent happy with them for any reason at any time, you can return them. They are expensive but sign up for their emails and you get 20% off coupons all the time.
These are really tough pants. Ive had a pair for years. I haven’t worn them for awhile as fortunately, I lost weight and they are too big. I had forgotten about them. They word be perfect for window cleaning and pressure washing too i would think.
I just watched the you tube video on this organizer and it looks great! I’m ordering one right now because I need all the help I can get when it comes to keeping things together in my truck. It’s called the Cab Commander and on their site it sells for 39.50.
