As a Window Cleaner Guru, KK is a lot more guru than window cleaner. That’s not meant as a burn on him, it’s just what it is. He has built a great following through the positive thinking and can-do attitude angle, not through his skill or expertise in the field of window cleaning. That’s my take.

The book is out already.I’m sure I’ll get burned for this but yes I have it,sorry I like to read.I have heard a lot of negative on Keith as well which is why I keep quiet and just listen a lot on here.I like the guy,wouldn’t say he has the best info or is the best window cleaner but he does motivate and I like that.I was in his situation probably worse about 3 years ago.was homeless,broke and hoping to check out of this life.watching his videos gave a sense of hope.sorry probably sounds stupid

@Travis_Joseph doesn’t sound stupid. In my early days I latched on to a lot of guys that motivated me. I think a lot of us that offer criticism are past that stage and forget what it was like during the struggle

Businesses have different phases. Keith’s positive attitude is oriented towards the start up phase. A lot of the veterans on the forum give great advice for the sustainment phase and the ongoing “fighting flatlining to get some type of growth” phase and growth management issues.
There is also good advice from the veterans about what services to diminish, such as @Skipper referencing quitting landscaping and barn siding work and @Steve076 getting in and then out of the carpet business. I have similar thoughts about my floor waxing work, any job that requires working around fumes and wearing a mask is easy to put on the chopping block.

Thanks.I think anyone that takes the time to motivate or help anyone is great in my book.when I first started at the first company I worked for the training was poor to the point they just threw you out there and then got mad at you for not being fast enough or good enough and would demoralize you in the process. As I said before Keith is a great motivator and although not the best window cleaner does have some tips that was useful to me.but if it wasn’t for guys on YouTube like Luke the window cleaner or Steve o I wouldn’t have even known half what I do know and wouldn’t have known I was doing things incorrectly. Luke’s new window cleaning technique video series is amazing and someone taking their time to share their knowledge is at least greatly appreciated by me for what its worth
