I thought it was nice. I particularly liked it because it doesnt have all of the lines and boxes that you see in proposals. Easy on the eyes that way.
The # 1 thing that I liked the most was that you backed up your experience even though your company is still new to the area (from what I gathered). I thought it was very nice and different overall. Good work.
