LO is great for preventing cracked skin. Not like Dawn. Gotta love those pictures of chicks being cleaned with it. My open bloody cracked skin wouldn’t sell too many bottles. But it does clean windows very well. Not more than 1% sodium hydroxide. Leaves the glass clear. Very little film. Just enough slip and sudz. LO does the same but is very mild so needs a little edge for greasy prints. I have tried putting some plastic superabrasive powder on a wet applicator. That cuts through prints real quick. But it doesn’t attack your skin. I have a touch of eczema too which doesn’t help. Of course now the colder weather requires the use of my eskimo mitts.
Hi Henry. Ever since I met you in Fishkill several years back, I have been going back and forth between Dawn and LO. I like it, but not sure I love it. Maybe you could let me know where I can get a hold of plastic superabrasive powder. I’d like to try that with LO. The only place I can find for LO right now that’s feasible for my usage is makeyourown.buzz
