Truck broke down today! Had to reschedule a job and get it to the shop. Then they gave me a rental and I piled it full of gear and made it to the next job!

I had tow truck charges 3 times this year.
The first time I had to walk for about 15 minutes at zero degrees to find a taxi. I couldn’t call because the cold quickly drained my phone battery while I was messing with my van.

Took care of the reschedule this morning and threw in exterior dining room windows for the inconvenience. Hopefully that stands out with the customer for the right reasons!

That looks like a newer truck, what happened?
They said a software update, which is another way of saying they have no idea. It started as soon as the tow truck driver got it off the flat bed. Go figure!
