Mail route

Lol I sent you my cell there

household income is important, but not the only focus when mailing. if a market in your area has a lower income, give them something they desire. Gutter cleaning on a 1 story 1200sqft house with a walkable roof takes less then an hour. In Minneapolis, that household might have an income of 60k a year and their house is only worth 100k, but its still a great hourly rate.

The incomes on Melissa data can be screwy. Lots of routes have the exact same income listed. What are the odds of that?

… I agree, they are screwy. 500,000 dollar homes with 34,000 income. I doubt it.
I go mostly by home value. And knowing my area I look to the
more established subdivisions.

I go mostly by home value.

I agree, I think home value is more important than income. Plus, I think the companies gathering data aren’t as accurate about the income. Most of the very wealthy people can also disguise their incomes, especially if they have multiple streams of revenue, i.e. investments, trust funds etc.
Seems kind of creepy trying to figure out people’s incomes. The fact that they have a large house is more apparent.
