So I read the article in “window cleaning business owner” magazine and followed the instructions. What I have found is that there are not very many routes with a high income. The highest i found was one route that had 366 residential counts with an income of $93,000 and property value of $655,000. Now this is just not much o work with. But I know there are several neighborhoods that I have even done work in which have higher income than this. Any suggestions?
use this site. Every Door Direct Mail | USPS
Put in your zip code. On the left hand side you’ll see a list of routes. Mouse over them (don’t click) and it will highlight where those routes fall within the zip code. Now zoom in on the map and find the areas that you know are good. Figure out which routes those are. Mail to them.
Also, don’t expect any more help from me until you fill in your signature properly and tell us your company name and where you’re from.
Ok sorry. I was looking to see where I can do this. Having trouble finding it…Know where I can ? Edit my info that is?
This works great! Thanks for the help! One thing that kind of blew my mind was 1 route I found that has only very nice gated community houses on it says the average income is $34,000 could this be a mistake?
Before you take a risk with your money, join the wcra and use one of the eddm templates. I couldn’t decide between two of them so I started showing them to women to see which one appeals the most to them. Now I’m about to print up between 2,500-3,000 proven winners and mail them out.
Having trouble getting my signature to appear…
Why does your location say MO?
never mind!
Even then, if you send 3000 pieces to an area you’ve never hit before, don’t be shocked if the first time you only get 4 phone calls. It happens. You need to be consistent in doing mailings to your best areas every month-two months.
There are no silver bullets.
I don’t know. I have my signature link that clearly has my name, cell and website though.
Yes I realize that first time mailings wont produce results right away. But one thing I am confused about. Some people are saying once a month and some people say just around March, June, and September…and still some say in the spring and fall. So who do I go with??
Making that decision is why you get paid the big bucks. It’s your call. No one can make it for you.
Why do you think that is?
Just curious because Im going to start throwing some big money at localized EDDM
@michael, I plan on mailing every four weeks. 4 calls is still 4 more than what I’m getting from talking about it, so that will be a success for me. Hopefully though, that won’t be the norm…
Lack of familiarity is one reason. Text me or vox me and I’ll go into it more.
I called Michael in tears after my first campaign.
I remember…
I sent you a message on the good old book of Face
Least likely way to get a response, tbh. But I understand if you rock stars wanna protect your cell #
