What are your tactics for marketing them to existing and new customers?
I would go:
Week 1 - Mailer and mass email
Week 2 - Slybroadcast
Week 3 - Another mailer
Week 5 - Another email

Not much different than anything else we do… essentially, “if you like our service, this will be at the same level”. Even though we position ourselves as a more premium wash company, a lot of our wash customers are not in our market pool for lights. It is just a different ballgame TBH. I will say that it is most easily done by leveraging the same brand that you already have established.
