By the way, Mr. Tourigny is the best dressed window cleaner I have seen. When we worked together he would always get compliments on his attire. Inspired me to take it up a notch and ditch my beat up T-shirts.

stand off will make it safer to climb your ladder, transfer from the roof to ladder but use it as a selling point “we won’t dent your gutters or remove any of the coloring”.
I swear only window cleaners seem to use them.
