I find it hard to believe that they can get to the point where, when people think of window cleaning they will automatically think men in kilts. They are successful to a certain degree but that’s huge.
It wouldn’t work here in Louisiana. As soon as they showed up somewhere the next thing that they would hear is “chooooot em!!! Chooooot em elizabet!!! Chooooot em!!!”

There doing something right. I don’t know if they’ll be the next Fish but it’s just a gimmick. It’s working for them so my hats off to them for that. But in the end it’s a franchise and each location will fail or succeed depending on the owner and staff.
Its a neat idea, and they’ve definitely done a better job creating a “culture” then any of us have, but profit margins look thin, or nonexistant… 5M in sales with 110 employees (between all their franchises)… That means each worker is grossing them under 50k/year… Hopefully lots of them are part timers
Not to mention this doesn’t appeal to the commercial market. Residential and storefront only
I feel like it is a gimmick because people will hire them once, maybe a few times, but what is the incentive to keep rehiring? Once you’ve seen it, it looses its edge over time…
Does anyone have one in their area? If so, how is their pricing?
