Will water with methanol harm window tint? I’ve never use it before. I was wondering if I should have separate bucket with clean water for inside

No, it Will not harm tint. However, you should still have an inside bucket to conserve your outdoor bucket. Methanol is a lot more expensive than water. 1\3 cent per gallon vs 3$ per gallon.
