Methanol?

To avoid that methanol side affects I use prestone deicer. I have never had a problem with freezing.

Gotta know what you’re working with. Prestone deicer is 80% methanol and also contains ethylene glycol

I see your get edumacated.lol I never worry about these things cause I only use it outside so my nose isn’t near it.

Not really that educated. I just looked up the msds. And it is that bad. It’s not just breathing it in. Your skin absorbs everything it comes in contact with. Any product that you deal with you should download and under stand every msds. Not gonna tell you what to do. Your health is in your hands. You’re responsible for that.

prestone? what ratio per h20.

One gallon to two gallons of water. If it’s still freezing keep an extra bottle to pour in one side of the mop. Obviously your using protective gloves from the temperatures at this point so you don’t have to get poison absorption from from the harsh chemicals. Hope this helps.

i am very very careful to avoid cracks, as i see it the last thing my customers need is to see plumbers butt from their window cleaner.

Hmmmm. That’s damn cold. Don’t have an answer for that one. I would have to be exposed to that extreme temp. to find out. I’m glad I don’t have to deal with those extreme temperatures.:grimacing:
