Rebuttal at the door… I’ve got a family member who does Windows too, we use him.
A couple a weeks ago I was told: “To my surprise my son and neighbor cleaned my windows during our vacation, but we’ll definitely use you in the future.”

“My 17 yr old granddaughter was killed in a motorcycle accident the day before yesterday.”
Except she didn’t call to cancel, I found out when I got there. We cried on the front porch together. Such heartbreak…

Husband got laid off.
Husband shot his wife dead in the front yard!
Decided didn’t like the price after booking.
Everyone in the house has the flu, don’t come by.
Grand daughter was born early.

I am not making this up. I scheduled a client. Then two weeks later she calls and tells me the housekeeper accidentally cleaned all the windows. I knew she was lying. This house took me 8 hours in/out. Needless to say she will never get back on my schedule.

For a powerwashing job that was scheduled this last week:
“One of our dogs just had surgery and we need some peace and quiet around here. I’ll call you in a couple months”
^from one of my favorite customers. I hope the dog is able to make a full recovery
