My Gutter Cleaning not looking awesome!

Posted this in another section but was a little old.
So I did my first two gutter jobs today and was disappointed, I removed all the debris but the water wouldn’t drain due to the angle of the gutter. It wasn’t clogged just not slopped well or maybe there wan’t enough downspouts. As hard as I tried to clean there was still a lot of little debris in there (bits of moss mostly), tried spraying with hose but just the water would just backfill to the lowest spots. I was thinking about getting a vacuum.
Anyone got any suggestions?
Am I asking to t much for them to be dry when we have is much water already in them?
Thanks

This is no fault of your own.By the sounds of what you are saying they were poorly installed if there is no proper flow.

Agreed. Gutter pooling is a sign of improper installation and/or sagging. Not your problem.
