My phone did a high dive and hit the ladder twice. you guessed it, the last hit sent it into the worst possible direction…the bucket. It happens I guess and great thing I have insurance for the phone. I was able to pick up a nice Blackberry. Anyone have any tips or places to get cool apps?
Make sure you have the unlimited data plan.
Set up your email to be pushed to the phone, also set up an IM client if you use it. You should be able to get apps right from the browser…
Oh also update, your service books… Sometimes that needs to be done with a new BB.
I need to insure my phone …
GridMagic is a program that’s almost identical to Excel. Infact, I think it may even be compatible with Excel.
I used it to keep track of small estimates, like at the mall, which were hand written. I’d just enter them in GridMagic to help me remember them. When I followed up on the call I’d have a printed estimate which looked a little more professional.
FlyCast allows you to listen to a ton of radio stations by streaming it to your blackberry.
The Opera Mini web browser is a must, along with Google Maps.
Like Chris said, make sure you have unlimited internet, otherwise you can run up a huge bill.
