What is the best way to remove these spots?
Tried a scraper but had no luck, I think it’s overspray from spider proofing the house.

Nope. It has nothing to do with pest control. I was in that biz for > 20 years. Sometimes when things won’t come off with a razor, try a magic eraser; otherwise, a chemical treatment.
