I completed a job for a customer whose mother was in town for a few days. She was amazed how thorough and detailed we are when cleaning windows. She then recalled about the one time she hired someone to clean her windows, they showed up with a spray bottle, squeegee, and some rags. She said when the sun was shining, all she could see were streaks. She then attempted to contact the “company” and they never returned her calls.
Since then she has never dared to hire another window cleaner. She literally kept joking over and over, asking if I would come to Chicago to clean her windows.
I asked for her contact info, and told her I would pass it along and see if we had anyone that could show her a real window cleaning.
