New book on the reading list

New book that I have started that was highly recommended to me by one of my mentors. What is everyone reading right now?

Re-reading/Audio Book when in the field The 10X Rule by Grant Cardone.

He is all about taking massive action. I though his best book was"If you’re not first, you’re last." What did you like about 10xrule? I like his no negativity. I wish he would go deeper into thoughts and topics.

Michael Port "Book Yourself Solid"
Bob Burg “The Go-Giver Leader” but the “Go-Giver” is one of two books everyone in company has to read. The other is Lee Cockerell “The Customer Rules”

There a few different things i like, one that i will touch on. The thought stream that the average persons limits there ability to grow with to small of goals because they set there goals for the position they are currently in.

yeah he’s not negative but he is a little douchey.

Yeah, he is pretty cocky.

WCS, I did a master reset on my phone and dont have your number. Shoot me a text

Done!

Hey Kyle hows the book so far?

What do you like about this book, why is it a must read for your employees?

The message is all about creating value, and is a step by step guide a not only what to do but how to do it. It is a book of strategy and if you follow the steps instant process and systems. It is a great compliment to the emyth and good to great. It deals with all aspects of business pricing, service, objections, sales and most importantly mindset. The new version is an illustrated book. Even dummies like me can figure it out. The employees like it it help them understand where I want to go and what we have to do to get there.

I look at my employees like baby birds, I am glad they’re here , but I want them to spread their wings and thrive on their own. I don’t want them to top out at $25 an hour. Book Yourself Solid gets them thinking of the next step.

I give all the employees a raise after they read the Customer Rules. 39 simple things anyone can do to enhance the customer experience in any business. Lee Cockerell has another book Creating Magic. That book is a simple concept of leadership and management. These two almost go hand in hand.

Thanks Matt! I’ve put them on the list.

Another one that is similar is Mike Agugliaro Secrets of business Mastery. And the one i am in now is New Gold Standard by Joe Michelli gives you a look at what and how the the Ritz Carlton deals with customers and employees.

Side note how close was the Moses Lake fire? I saw that they have it contained.

Thanks I’ll add those books to the list also!

Its was burning about 30 miles from us, we got a little smoke for a hours from it in the morning.
