Yes, our postcards are 1875 x 1275 pixels, or 4 x 6 inches. We recommend leaving all important content within 0.375 inches of the border so that nothing gets cut off when they print! These guides will also display on your preview, so you can be sure that everything fits within them.
I’m not sure what you mean, because I plugged your website into both sections of the back of the postcard and it fits in both areas.

This happened to me the other night and I though I was black balled or something. I tried to post and it said read only mode. I logged out and back in… It fixed the issue.
IDK… At first I kind of whigged out a little. Started to grab my phone with Voxer on it but then just took a step back and it fixed itself.

I uploaded the long time no see card and it rocks on house call love it but I’m trying to work with sendjim so I’ve got it I pause until I figure out how I want to do this

@HouseCallPro how much is it when a “new” customer books with the app? Percentage wise?
I do not use a “standard” pricing, so would this be a feature I could “opt” out of for new people, only using the booking for established clients?
What are all the expenses for the free version. I know there is a 50 dollar set up fee, and a booking fee for new clients with the app. Anything else?
You pay 10% of job IF they find you through the consumer app. That’s a big if depending on the market. You have the option to turn that off
You don’t pay anything for customers you add into the program
Thanks to Brian for accurately answering this question! If anyone who is not your customer finds you and books you through the app, you would pay a 10% referral fee. This does not apply to your customers who schedule you through the app.
You can indeed opt out of the HouseCall app, but your customers would not be able to schedule jobs with you through the app. Again, you would not pay the referral fee if customers in your database book you through HouseCall.
The free version is free! There is no set up fee. You would have to manually set up your account or go on our Starter Plan, which is a light version of our premium plans. There is a $50 set up fee available to those on that plan.
We just launched a One Click Import through QuickBooks Online, which makes it possible to quickly and easily get set up with your customer database and job history! This feature is only available to our premium users, since the QBO integration is part of our paid plans.
