New in Miami

Does anybody know what the “going rate” is for residential in Miami? I would assume it’s higher than in smaller cities but not as high as California where it can be close to 10 for residential.

Ya know it’s weird, with as large of a population as Miami has you would think there would be more window cleaners from there on this forum. It’s always puzzled me why when I’m in Miami I have not seen window cleaners. Just walk thru Dadeland mall and try to find a store with clean windows. It was driving me crazy. I’d start around 1.50 a pane for commercial and then readjust when you learn how the market reacts. Thats for commercial…

Yes it cost over 200 dollars to have it designed and made.

Yes it’s based on grand theft and it cost over 200 dollars to have it designed and made, just as a truck decal. Miami is not a good place. No, miami is terrible. Even as the economy picks up elsewhere in miami it is still 2009. It is antisocial. It is third world. Nobody has any money whatsoever, so they will not pay a lot due to economy, then, at the offer of a low price, they are suspicious. Miami is not a US city. It seceded to south america. I have received more threats by other companies than customer phone calls.

I even went out on a limb and offered to do a simple little 15 story building for FREE, just to try that out because it’s a low time and I wanted a good reference, and I have to “wait for them to get back to me.” No, I have to wait for the spanish guy who owns the bank (spanish based bank) to talk to me.

A lot of places are LOSING THEIR MANAGEMENT to places like god damn cleaveland ohio, and the procurement divisions in charge of some vendor lists I’m on are completely overhauling their system creating a two to three month total delay for everyone, regardless of what building needs what.

Miami sucks and I god damn hate it. I’m gonna end up in the river soon. I hate it. I hate miami, I hate miami beach, I hate ft lauderdale, I hate south florida. This is vice city, the worst place in the world. And it might as well be 1986.

Whining is annoying.
