I think you know how I feel about your phote being there 
Just make sure you add some words, ideally a guarantee, to your smiling face, along with your full name and your position as owner.

+1 on adding a company shirt. If you don’t have one, even a nice collared shirt or dress shirt would be look good.

I like it!
You can get cheap ones made. I found a local red kap dealer. Purchased the shirts then took em’ to a place that does iron on prints not screen printing. It looks legit and it only cost me 28$ for each shirt.
