I have been lurking on your site here for a week or so and am gratefull for all the help you all have unknowingly given me.
I have been working my way through college and am tired of working for others for a number of reasons. I have never worked cleaning windows, but I have had to clean them at my job. My favorite and most relaxing thing about work has always been cleaning, very satisfying to me.
After planning, LLC formation, marketing strategy, insurance, etc, etc and a couple months of practicing on my unsuspecting friends and family I will be starting my new window washing service in mid November.
I will be by myself and driving a Cavalier, but I have to start somewhere.
Thanks again for the wonderful site and wealth of information.
PS: Really dumb questionâŚhow do I suscribe to a thread?
Welcome to another WCâer from TEXAS. My favorite part of Corpus is spending a day at the Aquarium and at the USS Lexington, followed by an awesome seafood diner at a restaurant (the name escapes me now) off of Everhart and the SPID (hole in the wall looking but the best seafood in Texas).
Love that city. I hope your business does well there. Look up a fellow named Larry Still. Heâs a long time Corpus window cleaner. Heâll surely help you out in any way he can!
