Hi! My name is Al and I own a business called The Ground Floor, established in 1986 (The Ground Floor - Restoration of Marble Travertine Limestone Granite Tile & Stone Care Products and [url=http://www.SoCalScratchRepair.com]www.Socalscratchrepair.com, Socal Scratch Repair, California, stainless steel repair, thread repair stainless steel, stainless steel repair washers, stainless steel repair professional, stainless steel repair professional, stainless steel repair, sta). Starting off as a high pressure steam cleaning company,(sidewalks, etc.) we have morphed into the second largest stone restoration company in California. We have expanded our offerings from steam cleaning to stone restoration to stainless steel restoration and now are offering glass restoration. We do NOT clean windows, carpets or do regular maintenance. By offering our services this way, we get top dollar for top performance and lots of referrals.

I am always glad to answer any questions about my business, but obviously not about glass restoration, as I am new to the field.

However, I do want to ask Cole about when we can expect a brochure to promote the business. The system is great (we had another system and never opened the case or used it), the videos are informative and the training was excellent. Now, all I need are the marketing tools to exploit my marketing area. If any of you have such information and would care to share it, I would appreciate it.

Thanks in advance. Happy Holidays and may 2012 be a healthy and profitable year for all.

That’s where I live. Our office is in Van Nuys, right by the 405 and the Budweiser brewery. We don’t get out to your neck of the woods very often. We concentrate on the Valley, Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Malibu and the like. Since we are in most residential high end homes, it makes sense. Also, with the price of gas, it is best to stay close to the office if we can.

Thanks for the shout out.

Al

Welcome Al. I took a two day course on stone, marble, and tile cleaning and restoration in 2004, but didn’t pursue it. Nice to see someone making a big success of it.

Welcome Al
