I let the owner know about all the cleaning that could be done and she has kept that in mind. She lives in Seattle and this is a summer home that she is trying to sell. She hasn’t done the interior windows yet because she hasn’t come up from Seattle. I keep in touch with her to see about all the other work, but I think I have to get in touch with the realtor.
We bid one where we had to sign a 3 page document prior to even giving a bid. We did not get the job, but the company who did, broke a window and then refused to come back or pay for it. They should have hired the company that does not break windows for a few dollars more. I wish I could tell you who owned the home.
