Thought id post here, Anyone have any luck getting oil stains off concrete? We just landed a job and the carport has a few engine oil spots, thats my costumers main concern… I have to pressure wash the flooring but those stains need to come out
EBC degreaser and heat if you have hot water PW. If not even cold water will get most of it out.

Anything over the counter? Anything for rust?
Anything you can get at Home Depot or lowes is kinda crappy. You can try simple green or another degreaser full strength and use a stuff brush and it might help.
As far as rust F9 barc is your one of the best products. Again gotta order it online. Kec supplies has both I believe.

I’m gonna be forced too, gotta get these jobs out of the way… I already placed an order for some heavy artillery stuff…
Try simple green pro HD. It’s a purple liquid you can get at Home Depot.

Just oil
F-9 works great on rust

I hear “Soda-Blasting” will harmlessly remove stains - paint, oil, rust. A fairly expensive purchase if you don’t get much call for it, but many equipment rentals carry them.
u serious? do u have b4 n after pics? nothing works for oil stains that are over a year old. the oil seeps deep down into the concrete not even muriatic acid that etches the top layer of concrete can get at it.
No with that attitude ^
Jokes aside, it was about 6 months, they spilled some oil and they cleaned up right away and it left a dark cloud… She was leasing the home and the landlord would not release her deposit… It came out and she called me 2 days later she had gotten her money back:)
