As far as the squeegee goes, try to use less pressure. Lean the squeegee against the glass and simply use your hand as a guide for direction. No need to push against the glass in most cases. Also, make sure you are using a fresh, sharp rubber.
All of the above mentioned and then some. Last week Jared posted a thread in which the discussion turned to the same topic as yours. After doing some cross-referencing, I bought some Triple Strength Osteo-Bi Flex. The 3 key ingredients of Glucosamine, Choindroitin, and Hyalurounic Acid work together to re-build joints, cartilidge, and general lubricants. At 43 years old, I had 95% less pain in less than 36 hours. I’m no doctor, just know what has workedd for me this past week
Cleaning windows 9-10 hours a day, 5-6 days a week use to take its toll on my wrist and shoulder. Particularly in the busy season. Last year, I started to alternate hands throughout the day to ease the workload on my left wrist, arm. It took a day or two to feel totally comfortable using my right hand, but it’s proven to be a great technique and has greatly eased the soreness I would feel in my left shoulder.

Have you tried a wagtail? Perrys Window Cleaning has a youtube video on using it with an angle adapter on a pole. So does Unger, except not with a wagtail obviously. It will cut down on the wrist action needed to fan, with or without the pole. Check it out. Probably a google search will find it.
its important to understand the negative side of what window cleaning can do and get it right before. or at least attempt to prevent what can come at the start …if you dont try and clean smart most end up with side effects at some period of time later in life…
The Turmeric Formula form Organic India was like a bolt out the sky for me as well. Upon recommendation here I tried it with the above ingredients that I was already taking. Keep in mind not everything works the same for everyone.
if your area can stand it,i recommend you have a marketing blitz ,expand past what you yourself can possibly do alone ,which in turn will force you to take on a worker/s . Since i did that my body has been ok, yes im still on the squeegee but the load is shared and if im aching somebod else can push themselves harder until i recover. i currently have 3 parttimers on board and everybodys laughing at the end of the day (generally!)
Are you busting out a new line of gear? I have thought about handles. Something with a flat side? Like a Wii remote. People can use that all day. I guess it comes down to rest. Were not made to fo the same thing over and over, day in and day out. We need variety. Even weight lifters dont work the same areas of their body everyday. They alternate. Tell Mrs. Heman you need to go to Hawaii a couple:cool: of weeks a year
Just remembered that Tony (mistersqueegee) posted a video (2 years ago??) in which he showed using tennis racket handle wrapping on his squeegee and scrubber handles. The wrapping adds some cushion and gripping while increasing the outside diameter of the tool handle. Hmmm…
