Parging mortar on tempered glass

Hi guys,

I am looking for some advice on how to remove parging/ mortar from tempered glass? I currently have a scraper with stainless blades.

A couple products out to soften it like Oil Flo. Good luck ! scratches await the unprepared ! I dont envy you.
