So we’re new to the window cleaning business. We just got our first job and the customer agreed to let us take pictures and post them on our website. Does anyone have a photo release form that they use? I found one online that’s a property release form but I was reading through it and I don’t really like it. Looking to see if y’all have any recs.
Thanks for the help
I don’t use a form, but I always make sure to protect the identity of my clients. Never include an address, picture, or street name, etc. Window cleaners can deal with well off and/or high profile people, so they need to feel safe.

Same as above, I get a verbal release and sometimes offer to show them the picture (depending on the vibe I get while there). I hide location information (address, identifying landmarks, etc). We have unique homes near us and many times we don’t post anything as they are private people and even simply a roof line is what makes it identifiable.
Asking permission is always something that won’t hurt you or your name. Using common sense also helps.

Ok So y’all think just verbal permission is good enough? I mean I did ask the customer over email and she agreed so I do have that written agreement. I just want to make sure all of our bases are covered and being so new it would really help to have some pictures on our website/facebook. Now to figure out how to take good pictures of windows without being in the reflection lol
Also I was just planning on taking pictures of the windows not the whole house or any of the surrounding area and I would just post the pictures with a before/after no caption needed so wouldnt say customer’s info anywhere
