Found these scraper inserts for triumph scrapers on amazon
Probly have to be replaced every job or two
But cheap compared to price of scratched glass replacement…
Or stitches in a gran kids hand.

Maybe try an auto parts store and pick up a body filler spreader. They are plastic, some rubber.

Some folks are saying it will dislodge FD which will contaminate the plastic scraper, which is true, but do they not realize you are talking about your 6 year old grandson playing Window Cleaner?

Okay, this could be REALLY bad advise. Your daughter will never forgive you for this but your grandson might thank you in the future… “Don’t try this at home.” On the other hand, it might be the QUICK key to learning how to handle the blade. Get a bandage ready and just show him very closely how slim the razor blade is. Let him play around with it. Once he cuts himself with it, lightly, I’m sure he’ll gain so much respect for the blades edge that he will undoubtedly never cut himself again. I call it the “razor-blade-slice-through-threshold…” :rolleyes: It took me about 35 good slicings before I crossed the threshold… I haven’t been sliced since… I got RESPECT for that thing…

That is exactly what I use for plastic blades, only the Ninja scraper inserts.

When I see phish or the dead a good dirty concrete slab or gutter works just fine for me…
