Presssure Washing Restaurant Kitchen Tile

Is pressure washing the way to go? I just did a bid on a restaurant with really dirty tile in their kitchen. I know degreaser will likely be used but what about psi? It’s that clay colored tile they usually use in kitchens.

Also what is the best way for cleaning and sealing stamped concrete?

What kind of restaurant ? Mexican, chinese, italian ? Yes, it really matters since the kind of grease you’re going to face depends on the type of food prepared there.

I used to clean the vent hoods (exhaust systems) on a fast food chain here in TX and that grease is not bad, but chinese is a b**ch to deal with.

Surface cleaner, hot water is a must. You are going to need several drains in the kitchen to be working, sometimes they block them and you have to spend a LOT of time sucking that water or using a floor squeege to take it out.

You might have much better luck visiting a Carpet cleaning forum, or you may try to contact CACB (Eric) who is a member here and is very knowledgeable about floor and grout cleaning.

You need to go to dirty grout. Com you opened a whole can of worms !! Stan

Thanks? What is the post title? How do I get there once I enter the site?
