Pressure washing concrete

Greetings, I am new to window cleaning and pressure washing so forgive my ignorance.

I went to pressure wash this back patio and it has some stains from something some type of oil and heavy dirt residue that can’t be picked up with regular soap and the disc.

Does anyone have any recommendations for products or like a ‘go to’ item that is always used when doing concrete? I’d like to not have this issue arise when at customers homes.

Thanks in advance for the help

Anyone know any products to remove these left over stains?

Anyone?

Thanks I just figured there are so many window washers that also do pressure washing here it almost goes hand in hand.

I like the F9 Double Eagle for removing oil and de-greasing. You can downstream it or use pump sprayer for stronger mix ratios. For rust stains I like the powder ox-brite oxylic acid… Pressuretek has some good powder chems that work good.

That’s what I was looking for! Thank you

Some of the products out there advertise stain and rust removal but do a subpar job.
