Glad to hear you are excited about it… We are as well! I think its going to be really great for the PW industry. We would love to get some WCR members posting!
I’m trying to quadruple my PW income from last year-should be easy ($250 total lol). That said, I just went to the PWRA forum and I feel like a dipstick! I know nothing and I am afraid that they are all on large units, whereas I am a WC doing a little hussling with a 3300psi 6.5 hp kohler. I’ve got a lot of reading and video watching to do!
That’s not true. Most people don’t start out with big beautiful equipment. I used a 4gpm for 7-8 years an made a lot of money. This will be my first year with a 8gpm machine.
I have recently been checking them out as well. One of the biggest fears I have is that it’s an industry that I now realize I know absolutely nothing about lol. And when you are applying these hot mixes to others’ homes, it’s terrifying haha.
But in the short time I have been reading, I have learned quite a bit. As usual you have to sift through the usual BS, but there are some golden nuggets in there. I’ve learned enough that I am going to roll with softwashing this year (with a smaller unit and an x-jet). I had a fair amount of prior knowledge beforehand, but PWR has helped me tremendously.
Looking forward to building a more substantial unit this next year.
Thank you, I’m looking you up now! Most of the ones I see are for the commercial size rigs or some jack-wagon (folks like me with a small machine and $0.02 of know how). I am subscriber 914!
