Pressure Washing underground parking lot?

Got such a great response last time with that building.
New dilema
Got a call today. Newer condo building. 1st floor and basement are parking lots, concrete not asphalt
553 parking spots total.
I believe this is the first time they will get it pressure washed, because they’re stuck on the idea that all the oil stains and gum will and have to come off.

What’s the best degreaser any of you have used???

Kind of want to clean one parking spot so they can see the kind of results they’ll get

You will need degreaser, hot water pressure washer, surface cleaner. Otherwise most of there oil stains will remain, the gum will not come off and will take you so long, it will not be worth your time. Without the surface washer you will most likely be over priced for the job. With out the hot water you will not get the gum off and there grease stains may not come as clean even with degreaser(depends on about of oil and how long it’s been there). If there are elevators you will need to dam the water to keep it from going down the shafts. I don’t know where you live but in my area we would have to reclaim the waster and filter it before it went down any drain
