Thats a crazy amount of glass to clean dude. You got my respect, I hope you get the job. When you do bring a camera & take some pics. Good Luck
10 full days??? I’ve done bigger buildings in 5 days. I can get this done in 3 days max…!
Oh I will…look at my profile pic.
Hey Guys,
Do you think the Skypro system would work well on that building? Does anyone here use that system?

hope you mean 2 guys 3 days. it don’t matter how fast you can do it. it’s a good days work for 5 drops on that building if the change overs aren’t to bad. but i could do 10 drops each day, maybe more. that dose not effect the price i give, just my back and shoulders.
How well does the skypro system clean? What r the reasons you would give for not using it?
I would assume that it can’t be used on every building and it can’t clean as well. Anybody have experience with it?
$1800 is crazy! $4,500 is still a low, high-rise has been being low balled a lot in the last 2 yrs.
such a shame for such a specialized skill, I’d freak out going over the side
I hear Vegas is the same way, “the bid closest to $8 hour wins”
So…did you get the job. I had just found this thread. Your first number was exceedingly low. I don’t think those drops look like they can be done quite as fast as you thought. Especially not with your turn around times figured in. I also think three window drops are the way to go on this one.
What he said.
Yep! That is why we got out of High Rise years ago. Back then we worked on the man day pricing method. Our cost was 250.00 per man day. Most of the compitition was 200.00 or less. Figuring the cost of high rise equipment, the elevated cost if insurance for HR and the hassel we made much more money on the ground with a Tucker pole. An now with WFP’s life is great!!
No, did not get it. I priced it at $4,500.00. I’m bidding on a 40 story on Monday. It’s a federal building. Anybody have any pro’s or con’s on bidding on federal stuff?
Thanks
