We had a movie theater call us wanting their front end cleaned only once. It is a similar amount of glass to a 4500sq ft house but all on the front side. Do you use commercial pricing or residential? I am leaning toward residential pricing because they only want it done once and there is not a massive quantity of glass. I wouldn’t be heartbroken if we did not land the job but you never know when a facility might call again.
We always use residential pricing on a one time commercial cleaning. Recommend giving them pricing for some maintenance schedule options and perhaps discount the first clean if they get on a schedule. We find that we need to educate the customers on the concept of a maintenance schedule vs. calling someone when they think they need a cleaning. Not in their best interest or ours. Good Luck
