I am new to water fed pole and looking to add some car dealerships. I live in a town of around 100,000 people in the Midwest. Below are the number of windows of a local dealership and estimate:
3 stories
120 windows (vary in size from 3ft x 3ft to 3ft x 10ft)
4 doors (standard entry door)
8 1/2 garage doors (24 panes per door)
Estimate: $1,256
What are you thoughts on the price? Am I too high or too low? I haven’t provided the estimate to the dealership yet. I appreciate any advice!
depends on access if windows are ground or part of a 2 or 3 story lobby, how deep and how dirty the sills are all play a role, as far as the price matching your time and effort
from their standpoint they are most likely looking for a “janitor” type hourly wage
so it will be about conveying the value you provide, if they care, a lot of times it just comes down to how well the business is doing, their business model and what’s important to the person hiring you and what parameters they’re under from management
a BMW tier of dealership is going to be more concerned about immaculate appearances than others
