While cleaning a customer’s condo today she noticed on our truck that we also do gutter cleaning. She informed us that the hoa at the complex had scheduled with a different contractor to have the whole complex’s gutters cleaned and they have never showed up. She asked us to leave an estimate with her and she would take it to the hoa board. It is 15 buildings with 292’ of gutters on each building. We bid at $0.75 per ft or $3285 total.
What do you think? too high? Too low? Just right?

I think you’re fine. Thats the beauty of having that kind of linear ft in one job… you’ll probably get sporadic 100 ft sections that are completely empty, to balance things out.
When was the last time they were cleaned? Are there a lot of tall trees in range of the gutters? Are the roofs walkable so that you could use a blower?
With the walkable roofs and a blower, and maybe a mention that you clean windows as well in the HOA newsletter you should be able to drop $1000 and still make great money, two guys should be able to knock that out in a day.
You will have to look it up - I talked with our local OSHA office in MN to verify last summer - they will talk with you and let you be anonymous if you want
