Is 40,000 to do the building a good price for me and them? (53 floors)

Assuming this is Post Construction since thats a rendering/drawing…exterior only or inside also? Lots of those can be done from balconies.
Are you comfortable with or have experience with swing stages? Not to keep coming at you with boring OSHA stuff, but anything over 300 feet is deemed not safe for rope descent…gotta swing stage it…unless you can prove thats not safe.
Where is this located?

I know of a company that bidded 31,700$ for a 5 story hotel building that was roughly the same square footage. Exterior curtain wall only. That company and job was located in Columbus, Ohio.
I don’t do anything my waterfed pole cannot reach, which is 40ft., other than that I’m solid on exterior work.

I just won a CCU contract for a hotel 12 stories but for the interior work only. The contractor that subs CCU jobs to me told me, I could’ve bought my house if I did the exterior. The house I’m renting has a value of over 100k…so go figure.:thinking::thinking:
