Starting to clean windows how do I do quotes for residential and commercial

Don’t start residential until you have experience with light commercial.
It depends on your market, your brand, your management structure and cost of goods/service.
I try to Invision what I want my business to look like in it’s mature state and how the management structure looks like to determine my overhead and then factor in all my expenses to determine a profit range per window on both commercial and residential and use that to determine where to set my pricing.
Keep in mind the level to which you have developed your marketing and sales systems will factor into how much you can charge and maintain a consistent closing raise at a certain price point. A lot of data goes into determining a competitive price so it may take some time to nail down your pricing.
You can start with an average of what others are charging but you will have to factor in your individual business and approach to really nail down your pricing and be competitive.
