those that have pvc pipe on their ladder rack to store their pole, can you please post some pictures, im trying to figure out the best way to secure the pipe to the truck… thx homies

On the service truck we used in this picture, we drilled a whole in the metal frame and diagonally placed the pvc pipe at a 40 degree angle. Gravity secures the pole and it’s a perfect fit for our 24 ft. telescopic poles.

I just drilled thru the rack and 3" PVC used like a 7/16 bolt and nylock nut with washers…
Thems some fancy caps on there…what are those?

Ah…I bought the $10.00 version at the Ag irrigation store…10’ of 3"PVC …and 2 3" end caps, cut the PVC in half, paint black to look cool…Art you’re a baller.
Ahh not really but thanks man. I bought the abs pipe which is black already cause I was worried the paint would not stick or eventually chip from the pvc pipe. abs i s silly expensive. This version can hold two pole in each of my carriers. haven’t used them much as of yet but with the way my new truck will be set up, I believe it will just add to the ease of working from.
