It’s the beginning of the year and I thought it would be cool to just take a quick survey and see what all software everyone is using.
What do you have and why do you like it or not? If you can give us a quick synopsis of what you like or don’t, that would be useful.
CRM: I’m using TCF right now, but if something slicker came out with email appointment reminders, easy print work orders, custom templates, I’d probably be happy to check it out and or switch. TCF is a good, solid, basic platform to manage a window cleaning company, but it just doesn’t wow me.
I just signed up for Responsibid on their black friday sale, so I don’t really have much in the way of feedback yet. The interface is good, it’s got a lot of good functionality, so far so good.
Proposal is something that I’ll definitely consider adding on.
I just found zoho.com. It seems to have everything and then some. It’s not very expensive either and I’m quite impressed so far. It takes some a lot of reading and figuring bit I think I’ve found what I’ve been looking for.

I don’t usually quote myself but I just had to say this. DAMN this crm does everything. I’ve passed it up several times but decided to check it out today. I signed up and I’m totally wow’d by all it can do

Granted it’s not window cleaning specific, but from how I would use it it seems rather well. Only time will tell but it’s the first one I’ve seen that has the all in one package I’m lookin for.
