Hello community. We’re a janitorial company looking to do a deep clean service for an office space for a potential client. The client had glass panel walls installed for their office space. They’re wanting me to provide them a quote for how much I would charge them to clean a few glass panels or offices (not all) prior to their grand opening. The client stated they had them cleaned out already, but when we did a walk through, there were some panels that needed some cleaning. There is installation of furniture going on, which is causing dust and debris. I was initially aiming for $15 per glass panel inside and out due to it being a deep clean so to say. Some offices have 2 glass wall panels plus the door glass panel totaling to 3 glass panels total. Other offices have 3 glass wall panels plus the glass door panel totaling 4 glass panels and some also have 1 glass wall panel plus the glass door panel totaling 2 glass panels. When doing research online, I was finding that on average, a panel or pane is going from $3-$9 per pane/panel. The glass panels here are from ceiling to floor. No molding on it or anything. Just a straight flat glass panel. The doors have built in frame around the glass. But all the walls are straight ceiling to floor panels. Any help on what to charge will be much appreciated as I want my quote to be competitive but nothing that will get me to lose the gig. Thanks!
