Just ink on plastic. It helps it feel real.
I know a lot of members of the WCRA use Tims gift cards and get great response from them. Lsmain michaelmole.
… I did that exact thing 4 years ago. I got a list of the top 100 producing agents locally and sent them each a letter and 5 $50 discount cards
to gift a client with. Three realtors wanted their own homes done ( and they are regular customers). I got a couple of jobs from their clients that were really tiny and maybe one or two decent jobs. I was surprised by the lack of response for gifting their clients with this.
That’s interesting results Matthew, thanks for sharing.
One thing about realtor is that everybody is looking at them for referrals, they are in the front line as you would say. From loan officers, title reps, home inspectors, pest control , all types of contractors , from roofers to landscapers . Everybody wants them to throw a clients there way.

What I would do is call the broker / office owner ask if you can do a presentation for their office . Bring breakfast or lunch ( realtors love free food) .
Have a poster board made , of the home with the arrows that point to the areas that you do . Roof cleaning , gutters , soft wash , window cleaning , pressure wash drive way. Maybe have a before and after pic on the board also . Get a professional to do this for you . That way the realtors have a nice visual of what you .
You want to look for the listing agents that give their clients a list of thing to do before they sell. Kinda like a honey do list . Under cleaning you want them to put your name under outdoor cleaning . That way the home owner calls you. Successful realtor do this and give their clients like 2-4 weeks to get the home ready before getting it on the market .
Don’t forget the free food !

Looking at my list of customers by occupation, realtors are the bottom feeders. It seems they want to milk every last penny out of a sale before they will pay to have the windows cleaned. I have one customer who is a realtor (successful at that) and she seems to realize the value of clean windows. Outside of her, I’ve only ever cleaned windows for one other realtor and that was her own home.
I have only started these in November, so I don’t have any figures yet. But out of the 6 customers I missed that used someone else cause I couldn’t get back to them in time they were so happy that I cared enough to call them back the day after telling me they used someone else for gutter cleaning and I still wanted to extend a gift certificate to them. Then I let them know what other services I provide and 4 were interested in power washing, 1 interested in window cleaning and one was interested in WC and PW… I’m sure I’ll be able to up sell WC when I speak with them in the spring come PW time.
I will be tracking how well they do, I have noted how many I’ve given out and to whom I’ve sent them to.

Thanks for the input Genaro and Ryan.
Fortunate for me I have a friend who is an agent, occasionally he’ll flip a house or two my way before he list it wither it is for sale or rental.

I was cleaning a friends windows this last summer. His brother-in-law came by, who just happens to be a real estate agent (God thing). This guy raved about me and I got multiple jobs from him. If any of you have read Tipping point, this Realtor seems to be kind or between a connector and a salesmen. Question: What should I do for him because of the kindness He’s showed me? I’ve already given him a gift card (small.) and written him a “thank you”. I feel like I should do something more to show my appreciation. Ideas?
Clean his house for free. Show him what you can do for his clients. If he has a mansion maybe just do living area, kitchen, and dining room.

Tim is there a link to these gift cards, i couldn’t find them on your website.
The website is in the middle of it’s perpetual redux. No, they are not listed there.
if I help you with anything.
