Hey everyone!!! it has been a LONG time since i have pop up, but here is my problem, I bidded a CCU job on some town homes ( and i marked it up high on price to cause i really didnt want it) they accepted it ( shocking), so i started it today. Now this thing is a monster, overspay all on the inside and sheet rock compound, and on the outside is a bunch of stucco and concrete on the glass( i did make the developer sign a scratch release form), however on the outside vinyl frames there is a bunch of red plastic like tape and i mean this stuff is like plastic melted on it, i guess the use it when they were doing the stucco, I m not sure, what i am sure of it will NOT come of, you cant scrape it without scratching up the vinyle and it doesnt simply wipe of either. Has anyone ever had this? If so what do i do?..Thanks
