Remove logo off fabric awning

Hi. Well doing my first awning bid.
It’s a black fabric awning. One one corner there is a white logo the new owners don’t want there. Is there any way to paint or color over the white logo to black so it less noticeable? I don’t know if it is painted on or not. Any help would be great!!! Thanks

Here is a photo of a white painted lettering on a black canvas fabric painted with black paint to help cover up the white lettering. The word still shows, but better then before.

Hope this helps you.

Waynes yer man on this one. I think ghosting on awning would be incredible difficult to remove. Maybe they can get there sign on fabric to stick over the old one.

I suggested painting over the logo but for some reaso they want to see if I can remove it. Personally I think painting it is the way to go and THAT’S MY FINAL ANSWER!
What type of paint should I use to cover the logo?

I would use a good exterior Acrylic Paint.

Yes, I would agree with Karl, the best way to do this is to remove the awning, remove the panel of fabric that the sign is painted on and resew in a new fabric panel and reinstall the awning. It is very costly, so a new replacement awning is the best answer.

Good luck with your project!

thaks all… The takeing down, and take out a pane, while it may be the best way,l is not a option
The logo is only 2 feet by 2 feet. I think it would look fine painted black, so that is what i will give a estimate on.
I willalso give a estamite for pulling down the awning , takeing out and replaceing the panel and reinstalling the awning.
Any bets on what estimate they will like better??? THANKS ALL paxpags
