Tough one. I did W’s years ago sans atriums, and let me tell you, those greasy kid prints on the windows were a PITA, plus doing the drive thru was an exercise in futility as you have to scramble between cars.
Most atriums I’ve seen are really old and most of the seals are blown, so even if you do clean them it won’t make much difference.
Corporations don’t pay jack squat for window cleaning, I think we got paid like $60 per store. Usually the store managers need to pass inspection and we had more than a few pay us ‘under the radar’ out of their own pockets just so they would pass.
Thanks, man. Wow, $60 for that place is not a fair price. What do you think if I suggest $100 every 2 weeks, for the ones close enough?
They won’t go for that. $2,600 a year is not in their budget.
