Return Frequency on current Customers

On average how often do you go back to residential customers? How have you been able to successfully keep them on this route? How do you get passed common objections to frequent service visits?

I want ideas on optimizing my visits with the clients I already have. Thank you for your imput.

Some of mine are only once a year, but I have alot that are twice year, but I live in an area that has small cities surround by crop fields, being in Idaho you guessed it, potatoes. So I promote to as many as I can getting on our Post-spud schedule. We come right after they plant and then again right after harvest.
I also have some more that do 3 or 4 times a year, and a couple that have me do a portion of their house every month, like an enclosed front porch or big windows that look out over the river.

We offer a window cleaning maintenance program. Once a month, bi monthly, quarterly etc…Ask your CUSTOMER what they need, listen and SELL!

Once a year is average w/ a handful who like their windows cleaned both spring and fall(smaller homes for the most part). All of my clients are residential.
